We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy explains your rights and our procedures for cancellations, returns, refunds, faulty products and exchanges.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

1. Your Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer and purchase goods from us online, by telephone or through another distance-selling method, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason.

The cancellation period begins on the day after you, or a person nominated by you, receives the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us clearly of your decision to cancel before the 14-day cancellation period expires.

You may contact us by email or through the contact details provided on our website.

2. Returning Goods After Cancellation

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you must return the goods to us within 14 days.

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or we have agreed otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service when returning goods. You remain responsible for the goods until they are received by us.

Please package returned equipment securely and, where reasonably possible, include the original packaging, accessories, cables, manuals and other items supplied with the product.

3. Condition of Returned Goods

You may inspect goods in the same way you reasonably would in a physical shop.

You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.

Where permitted by law, we may make an appropriate deduction from your refund where returned goods have suffered a reduction in value because of unnecessary handling.

This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to comply with applicable consumer law.

4. Refunds

Once a valid return has been received, we will process the refund without undue delay and normally no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

Where permitted by law, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you provide evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Where applicable, we will also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any additional amount paid for premium, express or other enhanced delivery options is not normally refundable.

5. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If your product is:

  • faulty;
  • damaged when received;
  • not as described;
  • not of satisfactory quality; or
  • not fit for its intended purpose,

please contact us as soon as possible.

Your rights in relation to faulty goods are governed by UK consumer law and are separate from the 14-day cancellation right described above.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement.

If we confirm that the product is faulty or that we supplied the wrong product, we will bear reasonable return costs.

6. Installed Vehicle Equipment

Some of our products may require professional installation, including vehicle cameras, monitors, sensors, DVS equipment and associated electronic systems.

Your statutory rights are not affected simply because a product has been installed.

However, we may not be responsible for faults or damage caused by:

  • incorrect or unauthorised installation;
  • incorrect wiring or electrical connections;
  • misuse or accidental damage;
  • modification of the product;
  • damage caused by the vehicle or another component;
  • failure to follow installation or operating instructions; or
  • installation carried out contrary to the manufacturer’s requirements.

Where a product has been permanently altered, cut, modified or damaged during installation, this may affect a change-of-mind return where permitted by law. It does not remove any statutory rights you may have if the product itself was faulty.

7. Installation and Labour Charges

Where installation has already been completed at the customer’s request, cancellation of the goods does not automatically mean that completed installation services are refundable.

Where a consumer has expressly requested that installation or another service begins during a statutory cancellation period, we may be entitled to charge a reasonable amount for services already performed, subject to applicable consumer law.

This does not affect your rights where installation services were not performed with reasonable care and skill.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where UK law permits, including:

  • products manufactured or customised specifically to your requirements;
  • personalised products;
  • sealed products where a statutory exception applies after the seal has been broken; and
  • other products for which the statutory right to cancel does not apply.

This section does not remove your rights if goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet your statutory rights.

9. Business Customers

The statutory consumer cancellation rights described in this policy generally apply to individuals acting for purposes wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession.

Purchases made wholly or mainly for business purposes may be subject to our separate business Terms and Conditions.

Returns from business customers for non-faulty goods are therefore subject to our agreement and any applicable contractual terms.

Nothing in this section excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Warranty Claims

Where a product is covered by a manufacturer’s or our own warranty, additional repair or replacement rights may apply under that warranty.

A warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace or restrict, any statutory rights available to consumers.

Proof of purchase may be required when making a warranty or return claim.

11. How to Request a Return

To request a cancellation, return, refund or warranty assessment, please contact us and provide:

  • your name;
  • order or invoice number;
  • product purchased;
  • reason for the return, where applicable; and
  • photographs or videos of any reported fault or damage, where reasonably required to help us assess the issue.

We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return address.

Please do not send products to an address without first checking the appropriate returns address with us.

12. Refund Processing

Once a refund has been approved and processed by us, the time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card provider or payment provider.

We are not responsible for processing delays caused solely by the customer’s bank or payment provider after the refund has been issued.

13. Contact Us

For questions concerning cancellations, returns, refunds or warranty claims, please contact us using the contact information displayed on our website.
